Hello everyone,

Basically, I am a little anxious about offers at the end of the internship. I’ve gotten my performance review, I’m at level,

I’ve turned in my transcripts, nothing back from HR, nothing bad as truly happened.

However, I feel like the pressure is really on. I was put on a new engagement this Monday, and I finish next Friday.

With needing a performance review out of it by early next week, it feels like I’m on eggshells. Mess up a day ==> mess up the week ==> mess up the review ==> mess up the internship kind of thing.

Can you pretty much just tell me what are the huge things i need to worry about? Even if its obvious like dont delete a GADM request.

are you interning at a big 4? If so, you really have nothing to worry about. Yes it's true that its a little harder and not a guarantee that every intern gets an offer like in the past, a majority still do. As long as you dont mess up big time or dont slack off and keep doing what you have been doing this summer to get the reviews that you have you will be fine.

Another thing that could hurt your chances is if you ask to move to a different service line or sector and if they cant meet your request, that might hurt you too.

I felt the exact same way that you did towards the last week or two of my internship. If you are working for a Big 4 (or any big firm), you would need to make a VERY careless mistake or show a blatant lack of effort to not get a continuing offer. With that being said, just to make sure it's a lock, come in to work over the next week ready to perform at your best. Don't look at your cell phone too often, keep a positive attitude, always be ready for work from teammates, etc. You know what to do. Good luck!
