on my NTS, the name appears as “Last name, First name”, there is a comma between last name and first name, ‘cuz i’m a chinese, we put last name first, then comes the last name, so i wrote my passport full name also as “last name first name”, does this matter?

I don't really understand the question. Are you questioning the comma? Can't imagine Prometric would care between “Last Name First Name” and “Last Name, First Name”.

Pheobe Buffay and Buffay, Pheobe are the same name and okay. Pheobe Buffay and Pheobe, Buffay are different names and could potentially cause issues. I think this would be a question for Prometric. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure they would catch it though. If I were the one checking your credentials, I wouldn't question it.
