Friday – got phone call from HR for phone interview, went well, said shell talk to partner to schedule office interview

Monday – I got an offer from a local firm, so I told the HR recruiter so if there is real interest in bringing me on board it would be sooner than later.

Tuesday – Get call from HR for office interview on Wed.

Wednesday – Interview went great, partner was really cool.

Thursday – Get call from partner offering position, sign offer letter later that day.

Main reason is because I had another offer and I told them that they were my first choice so they knew I was serious. Interview tips, just be social and confident.
