I had this happen to me & my bosses actually did a bunch of research as I was going to lose a section b/c of that failure. The score report is a sample of the questions so the sample of questions selected for the score report analysis, you did that well on but your overall score of 71 shows the entire exam performance. So the questions not selected for the sample, were the questions that you probably missed.
And in an interview with Jeff, they have said that a score has never been changed due to a review. I say spend your $200 for a new NTS, study hard & get a 90 so there is no question that you know the stuff!! At least with studying, you are in control rather than the AICPA getting to decide! Otherwise, you could spend the $200, get it reviewed, they not change your score & then you still have to spend $200+ on new NTS & study again.
Good luck!!
