How do I have my working experience certified?

Is there a specific form that your employer has to fill out to verify your working experience? I know I'm planning ahead as I haven't finished all 4 parts yet, but I wanted to have my current employer fill something out in case I leave before I finish.\n

Not sure about other states, but FL has their own form on the board of accountancy website.\n

I think all states have their own forms, you have to go to your state board's website\n
