Will there be a clock on the wall?

    Did you use a stopwatch?

Is it possible to go back to the difficult questions? Also in terms of previous testlets?

You will have a timer on your computer. It will tell you how much time you have left. Once you submit a testlet, you can not go back to that testlet. You can go back to questions while you are in a testlet tho (before you submit it)

You're smart to be thinking about timing. Part of passing is making sure you do well enough on SIMs (40% of the score), which is partly just making sure you have enough time to tackle them. So don't spend too much time on difficult MCQs so that you don't use up valuable SIM minutes. I allocate about 40% of the time to SIMs and divide the rest of the time into 3 parts, one for each MCQ testlet. For FAR, for me, that meant 45 min for each MCQ testlet and 1:45 for SIMs. It worked out well.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

I think it's Gleim that recommends getting in and immediately writing down a “goal” time to finish each testlet section (:45 in to the session, 1:30 in to the session, etc). I found this useful because when I got all the way through a testlet, I was able to see what time was on the clock and gauge how long/whether I should go back and review everything once before submitting. Usually I got through a testlet in about :30 or :40, and spent :05-:15 reviewing and giving everything a once-over. When I'd submit a testlet, I jotted down the time I submitted it so I'd have an idea when I started the next one to keep me on track.

    AUD - 76 (2/1/14)
    REG - 77 (5/30/14)
    BEC - 88 (7/18/14)

    MN Ethics - 100% (3/9/14)

    AND DONE! 8/1/14

Watching the clock is good, but don't be so focused on it that you are wasting valuable time constantly looking at it. Just do your best to answer the MCQ as quickly and to the best of your ability as you can. Practice as many MCQ during the week or two prior to the test as you can to pick up your speed. I try not to go back to any questions and I answer them in order. I don't flag anymore because that killed my confidence for AUD. Just shoot for a good time to be done with the MCQ to leave enough time for SIMS so you can research the AL. If you spend too much time thinking about any one MCQ you could risk losing that MCQ AND not having enough time for SIMS. It's not worth the headache for a couple of problem MCQs.

OK, thanks all. I think my approach will be to do MCQ for MCQ, without being too concerned about time, and then check my time once I am done with each testlet. I don't think I will go back and review.
