taking the exam on 11/30, just finished up R7 and have yet to really do any of MCQ or SIM practice or take any practice exams. I know that it would take me another 2-3 days to fully read every page of R8 (the longest chapter at 80ish pages) and go through every single practice homework problem.

I would really like to start going back and reviewing all the prior chapters and SIMs given how little time I have left, esp since SIMS are 40% of my score. I have read that the entire business law section only accounts for 20-30% of the score, and I have 2 of the 3 business law chapters fairly memorized. I just wonder if it is worth putting in the same amount of time and energy for the last chapter, or if I should just skim it for key items and focus more on reviewing taxes at this point? does anyone have any recommendations on key points in R8 I should definitely be focusing on?

The first 3 portions of R8 are usually touched on the exam. Give it a once-over. It's mostly straight forward. As for the rest of the chapter, are you feeling lucky? But seriously, you might get 1 or 2 questions based on the rest of R8.
