I was in the same situation, as my company directly paid for one or the other. I ended up choosing Bisk because I had a few co-workers who used it and all of them spoke highly of it. They all passed the exam the first time they took it as well, so I was convinced. I've taken two sections so far using Bisk Online (still waiting on scores) and I felt more than prepared for each exam, those two being FAR and AUD. I'm sure Becker is just as good; you have to keep in mind that if your company is paying directly for it then it's probably a pretty good review course (especially if it's supported by the Big 4). To be honest it's more the person and their background with the material than it is the review course; if you have disciplined study habits and you are willing to put in the time necessary you should be fine with either choice.
I took the Becker live instructor taught class. If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably go with the Becker DVD lectures, yes they send you the DVDs. They move pretty fast through the material, and with the DVDs you can pause to take notes and rewind, etc. They give you copies of the DVDs at the live class too, but once you've sat through the lecture you're not going to go home and watch it again, but they're handy to have for stuff that you need clarified. The benefit of the live class is that you can ask questions.
