3-4 weeks is enough if you dive deep and understand the concepts well. You may need longer if you can't commit due to working full-time. If you are using Becker, Chapters 1 and 2 you should be able to just glance over and answer questions well if you know your economics. Focus on Ch. 3 and 5. Don't skim variances. You need to know variances inside and out. Draw those variance diagrams out and memorize them, you should end up with 5 diagrams - DL, DM, and the 3 others that are expanded. They are easy to remember because they are all similar in some way. Draw them during the test. For IT - you either know it or don't but don't get too caught up in definitions and terminology. I compared the Wiley book and the Becker book on IT, and I thought Wiley's IT had too many misc. information.
