    Hi guys,

I have REG tomorrow and i was just wondering, how many sets of Progress test do you guys try to do before the exam?

Like I do it in sets of 25 including chaps 1-8. Should I increase the number of questions per set?

I always do progress tests with the number of questions that will be in each testlet on the actual exam. So you're 25 sounds about right for REG. For BEC I did sets of 24 of Becker and sets of 20 on Ninja. And I generally try to do 3 sets in one sitting so I get close to the exam as possible – brain conditioning.

If you have final exams I would recommend doing at least one if not 2 of those in as close to exam conditions as possible – semiquiet area, breaks only between testlets, etc.

    Good Luck!

    BEC 8.14.14 - 87!
    FAR 1.8.15 - 89!
    REG 4.15.15 - 86!
    AUD 7.2.15 - 90!

I believe instant feedback is more conducive to learning.

I usually get around 85% on all progress tests from Becker to WTB and Ninja, but I struggle with some simulations. Don’t forget to work on as many simulations as you can.

I tried to do a progress test every other night at minimum for the two weeks leading up to a test. I normally aimed to have 5 to 10 questions from each chapter, but something that would not take longer than 30-40 minutes to complete. Then after the test, I went through the answers and copied each one that I missed so that I could go through it pretty thoroughly. I also paid attention to what chapters had the lowest scores. Anything that I did worse in, I studied the next day to make sure that I was shored up.

    REG - Nov 4, 2013: 88
    FAR - Feb 27, 2014: 86
    AUD - April 5, 2014: 91
    BEC - May 6, 2014: 83
