I had my office visit — along with 50+ other candidates — at Crowe yesterday Friday. The visit concluded around 3pm. How soon can I expect to be notified of a hiring decision? If I was a top candidate, do you guys think that I would been notified a couple of hours after my interview, considering that it was Friday? And given the large number of candidates (50+) that I counted at the office visit, is it likely that Crowe would have given out offers the same day of the visit? I’m starting to get anxious — this waiting game is killing me 🙁

I understand the waiting game is rough!! Not familiar with that firm, but my best guess is that they tabled the discussion until next week – considering things were over at 3:00 on a Friday! I doubt anybody got an offer on Friday. Things take a little time. A little concern might be warranted in a week or two, but certainty not now. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

If you are a top candidate then you should expect to receive a call with an offer the same day or the next. If you are not, then you should expect to wait around a week.

I received multiple offers from big 4, one of them came the next day and the other came just under a week later. Having been through the recruiting process and seeing it from the other side, that is usually the amount of time you should expect to wait.

I have two friends applied for Crowe. One got offer few hours after the interview. One got offer couple of days ! I hope that helps
