I actually just called them. Thought I’d share the wealth.
The policy is a max 90 day extension, but, they only extend it to ONE day after your scheduled exam time. If you call them, within 5 minutes, they will e-mail you a “request for a copy of your prometric confirmation”. You reply with a copy of your Prometric confirmation e-mail.
The courtesy extension may only be requested once per license. So if I push back my exam to, say, another month later, I’m out of luck for having already requested an extension.

Per our previous conversation, we can extend your software to the date of your exam if the following guidelines are met:
– Have an exam scheduled within 1-3 months from the original software expiration date
– Have not been granted a courtesy extension in the past for the same year’s material.
-Have purchased your course and/or materials within the United States or a non-partner country.
To request an extension, please reply via this email with a PDF or scanned copy of your scheduling confirmation from Prometric. Your approval will be processed in 24-48 business hours. We will reply with instructions on how to extend your software program.
