I have passed all 4 sections. And forward to the Ethic Exam. But I was confused about how to apply for this exam. Anyone could give me some tips or advice. Really thanks!

You can order the exam from CalCPA.org. Just make sure you get the one for new licenses and not the one for renewals. Its only available in text form. You get the test and the textbook in the mail, fill out the answers on paper, then go online and log into your CalCPA account to submit your answers online. I would recommend signing up for a CalCPA candidate membership so you can get the discount on the ethics exam. There is no fee for the first year on a candidate membership.
I just purchased the course on the calcpa.org website. First you have to sign up for an account on the calcpa website, then after you purchase the course they grant you access to the course via your online account. They say to allow up to 24 hours to access your course, however I purchased mine at around 4pm yesterday and it was available last night.
how long does it take to get approved to become a calcpa member? i applied but the fee for the materials for ethics exam is still non-member prices. also did you all get the online or text version and why?
I'm not sure about signing up for a membership. I didn't sign up for a membership. I only signed up for an account on their website so that I could purchase the exam. My account was active immediately. You can have an account on their website without having a membership.
I got the online version because I wanted to be able to use the Find function in the pdf version of the book. I am REALLY glad that I did. I would hate to have to manually look up each answer without being able to use Find. I also printed up the entire document and put it into a binder and have been highlighting the answers that I find, but I don't think you really NEED to do that. I'm just doing it so that if I get any answers incorrect, I can find where I thought the answer was before. I'm also noting on the test I have printed out which page I found each answer on.
Im so kicking myself in the pants right now for getting the text version! :-(
@CalCPASoon
