Today is my vacation day and I was ready to hammer all these MCQ on Wiley before my exam….on 11/30. I had a plan and ….I even can’t get to Wiley … For the past 5 hours all what I see on Wiley “Please wait” when I try to download practice session or any session….. I called Wiley’s tech support 3 times and they still working on my problem…are you kidding me… I am in panic… Did any of you guys had this problem before? …and how you were able to fix it… I have Wiley for 5 months, but never had this kind problem.. Please help !!!!

You could have a Java problem. I have a dialog box pop up every time I access Wiley on my home computer. I denied Java the first time, and had to reset because it would not let me do the practice sessions. So, if you can access/log-in the website but not the test bank questions you may have a Java problem.

I can't access on-line Wiley and tech support checked my Java status. It is up to date and nothing wrong with it. Now I think, maybe it has something to do with that that my last study session had 107 questions, because I practiced all Contract problems…

I have to use Firefox for Wiley, try that and see if it helps.

I'm with you about not liking Java.

I brought my laptop to work the other day and had our tech department figure it out for me. Something to do with the browser and version of Java.

I bet it's something to do with the browser. Can you download Google Chrome. Chrome seems to be a lot better with Wiley.
