I just can’t seem to figure it out. Day 1-20, 21-45, 46-close of window, and after the close of the window. How are the days counted, is it Monday through Friday? Monday through Saturday?

If I took my exam November 26, am I in the 21-45 category?

Also, how can someone take an exam “after the close of the window”?

Day of the testing window.

Testing windows are two months (October/November–typically no tests given in December) in this case, so October 28th is 28 days into the testing window and November 14 is roughly 45 days into the testing window

After the testing window might be for extraordinary circumstances (extension due to hurricane maybe?)

You can take an exam after the window closes if they extend the window. This window and the last window were both extended 7 days for hurricane's. I'm not sure whether weekends count in the release schedule. If you tested on 11/26 then you can expect your score in about a week. I think the AICPA has 12/7 on the schedule.

Anyone know if the window being extended an extra week will effect the scheduled Dec 7th/8th release? Or do the December 1-8 tests fall under the “after the testing window” category?

I believe the 12/7 (or 12/8) date is still valid for those who took the exam in the normal window. If it isn't, you can join me on my trip to AICPA headquarters (I'll bring the gasoline; you bring the matches).
