Honestly, I doubt that NASBA takes any situations into consideration, lol.
But I can assure you if you did extremely well on your MC part you can still pass. I had less then 30min to complete my WC, and wrote a few sentences for each of them. Being objective, if I were AICPA, I would give myself very few or no points at all for my WC.
Most BEC takers will tell you that WC part (if you actually write something decent :) is "giveaway points" and I totally agree. However, being so called "giveaway points", they are sort of "extra" 15% toward your score and meant to compensate for your weaknesses in topics tested in MC part. Therefore, theoretically, you still have a decent chance of passing without WC part completed.
All you can do right now is wait and move on to your next part. Who knows, maybe you'll see your passing score soon!
