Hello everyone. I recently failed REG in Q1 with a score of 73. My plan is to retake REG on April 7 and take AUD on May 30. I am getting married this summer on July 19, and my goal all along was to have at least 3 passed by the wedding, which leaves me with only FAR (hopefully) after the wedding and honeymoon.

I have purchased Ninja notes and Ninja flashcards for REG since looking back through every single Becker chapter again scares me to death. I have looked over and recopied notes for the first section (Individual Tax) of my Ninja notes, and I plan to really nail the rest of the sections by the end of this weekend, which leaves me with approximately 3 solid weeks and 3 full Saturdays and some Sundays to go over MCQs and flashcards. In your opinions, would you consider this to be a good study plan?

Also, I would really appreciate some advice as to how you all have stayed motivated studying for exams, especially for ones that for some reason leave you feeling unmotivated. I want more than anything to pass these exams, but when it gets down to study time I find myself procrastinating and really just plain not wanting to study. Changing to a different study location really isn’t much of an option since my fiance and I just got a puppy (he’s 4 months old and potty trained, but still I don’t want to leave him alone for hours at a time, especially since I already work full time and he’s in a crate most of the day). Also, my fiance won’t be living with me until after the wedding and he is out of town in grad school and cannot watch the puppy while I’m studying. So, any advice as to how I can stay on task or what you’ve done to keep yourselves motivated would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thank you!
