Hi Everybody!

I passed FAR(87) REG(79) (failed AUD-64) BEC(77) the first times I took them. I took Audit again on August 28th and just got my results back. The dreaded 74. I found out at 11:00pm EST right before I was going to bed. Yes, i couldnt sleep the whole night and when I did fall asleep i kept dreaming of when i took the test and changed a couple answers to what could of been correct to incorrect (is that nornal to dream of that?). I was in the worst mood ever the rest of the night and the beginning of the morning. It kind of felt like the world was ending for me. I have never felt anything like that before. (Even though I have 3 more attempts at Audit). Then I started telling all of my coworkers and family in the morning about how i let them down again. You should not feel bad about failing one of the tests either one time or 10 times. There are so few people that know how hard it is to pass these tests and how much effort you have to put into it. By 10:00 I was still thinking about how close i was to passing the CPA tests. I then started to think it was funny how they gave me a 74. Don’t ask me why because i couldnt tell you. Its one of those things it makes you so mad its funny in a way. I could pout and be mad but what is that going to do. Then I put on one of my all time favorite songs, “Living in the Hall of Fame” by The Script. This song made me want to jump right into studying again and prove not only to myslef, my family, and coworkers, but to the NASBA (dang you for giving me a 74!!) that i deserve to be a CPA and pass these tests!

Whether you have heard this song before or not, I hope that this gives you that much extra motivation and inspiration you need to focus and study and show them that they can’t stop us!

I did 5 of the UNA and CPAExcel classes to earn units.
