I have filled out my Licensure Application and am ready to send it to the IDFPR. But, before doing that, I just want to confirm that they haven’t shifted to an online system of applications or something in the last couple months I haven’t been able to access any page from their website. Nothing at all. Luckily, before I lost access to their website, I was able to save the Licensure application to my computer. So, I am just using that and am ready to send it out in the mail. But, it would be nice to get a confirmation from someone that the application is still the 4 page application with the 120 dollar fee. I hope nothing has changed. Can someone please confirm that? I shall really appreciate that.
