Does anyone know if when you go to reschedule… are you giving up your spot before you choose another spot? Or can you keep your current spot if you don’t find a time that works better?

I would use the seat availability tool. I wouldn't just reschedule without knowing if there are any other seats available. I think if you do the reschedule option it charges you before you can select another spot.

I have rescheduled a couple of times.

It won't be finalized till you chose the date and time and hit the button to reschedule.

It will prompt you if you are sure you want to change the appointment.

Then it will put you in the new date&time, and you give up the spot you had.

Nothing will happen until you finalize it.

Don't worry about it 🙂
