Anyone else out there waiting for IL scores? I'm waiting on FAR, and a friend is waiting on BEC. Does anyone know how long it takes for the board to post after the AICPA releases? Jeff expects a BEC release from AICPA today. :)

Hey KatieLou! I remember you from score releases in November... I scored a darn 74 on REG and had to retake it in January... I'm just as nervous as I was then for my score now... I just need 1 more point!!! Argh...
In any case, based on what happened last window... I am thinking BEC scores will be up tonight at the earliest (more likely tomorrow morning), then depending on what gets released tomorrow (AUD or REG), those will be up tomorrow night (more likely Friday). FAR looks like it won't come until Saturday or Monday... sorry :(

Hey there glogo! I've been wondering about you. I was crushed FOR you when you got your 74 - if I could've given you my extra REG point, I would have. :)
I'm really doubting I'll be in wave 1, and was keeping my nerves under control, but my friend is waiting for BEC and I've been watching the forums with her. So now I'm freaking out about mine.
Good luck on FAR in a couple weeks - if I don't get my scores in Wave 1, we'll be waiting on FAR together for Wave 2. :)

you're lucky you found this forum now. I didn't find it until i was half way done. BEC is out - praying that alohnes (another IL candidate) gets a 75!! hopefully she finds out tomorrow morning.

KatieLou, how nice of you to offer that point, now all we need to do is convince the AICPA...
A 74 was gut wrenching... I wish it upon no one. My prep for FAR has been the worst of all 3 exams... I can't seem to focus and I need to know I passed REG to feel better... I am having nightmares of another 74 or worse... I have 1 week to get FAR squared away... I only finished the lectures today and have been scoring in the 50% on MC... hopefully the Final Review helps and MC questions from now til next Friday can save me...

I wasn't scoring too well on my FAR questions either during my final reivew. Wouldn't be a big shocker to fail. I just didn't put the same effort into FAR as I did the other 3. I think I was getting burned out. O well, just waiting now.....with fingers crossed. :)

Thanks! I've heard of this site, but never used them before... Thanks! I will try to get to these once I get through Becker one more time... How did you feel about FAR? Becker questions harder than the actual exam?

KatieLouWho - I am not leaving the office tomorrow until I know my score (within a reasonable amount of time) I am not checking it until you get there - OK that might be a lie - I might check right when I get up and right when I get in but if it isn't posted as of then I will wait for you to get there :)

glogo - I didn't use Becker. But yes, i felt like most of the MC were harder in my study materials than on the test - which is MUCH better than the other way around. :) I ran out of time while studying and was only scoring around 50% on my MC in my study materials right before the test. I felt pretty good about the MC on the exam - same as I did on the other 3 sections. But one of my simulations was IMPOSSIBLE! I hope they give me points for the effort. So I'm just praying now.
alohnes - you can check when you get up, but you can't call me until 5:15am. :) I'll keep my phone glued to my side until I get to work. LKW hopes you don't find out until 9am when she gets back from her Thurs a.m. workshop. Or that you find out before 7am when she has to leave.

I'm so sorry alohnes... if it makes you feel ANY better, before I passed BEC, I took it 3 times... (granted I didn't prepare for 2 of them) but still... I received a 67, 69, 74... that test is a total crapshoot! It all depends on the questions they test on that day and if you're lucky enough for those questions to be your strong suit... hang in there. BEC is that pesky test that will never go away, but that you know you'll pass eventually!

'waiting' - I doubt it. The way I understand it, IL gets scores at the same time as NASBA, and NASBA hasn't announced that they've rec'd any yet. sorry to burst your bubble. :( Seems like most of the NASBA announcements come around 3-4pm our time. So hope for something then and you'll have your score tomorrow morning. good luck!!!

Hi I am from IL and waiting for AUD. My fourth attempt at AUD was 11/13, and didn't pass. I resat on 1/5/10 and I am praying that I passed this time. I can't wait for scores to come out & haven't heard that anything further has gotten released. So hard to concentrate today!!!

Hey guys, I talked to the ILBOE today. The lady said that they have an IT guy working tomorrow from 7-1pm who will post scores. So maybe we have a little hope for AUD scores tomorrow!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Good luck to everyone and thanks Jeff!

Waiting to be a CPA - Thanks for calling. It looks like some people got their scores for AUD over the weekend. I scrolled through some of the posts this morning. Ofcourse, mine is not there as I suspected I think I had new simulations. I will have to wait until next wave it looks like. I think I would rather study than wait. I am suppose to be working on FAR and I can't concentrate. This is so not fair (I know, life is not fair, but can't I get a break).

Soanxious - don't give up hope yet. Last quarter they had multiples releases for some sections. I think glogo was one of the ones who rec'd their score in a mini-release of 60-some REG(?) scores after the big release. Good luck!

That's correct... I was one of the few that came out in a second (mini) release of about 200 scores... sadly it was a 74!!! Which meant I must have really been on the bubble... and of course it popped! Hopefully come tomorrow, I'll have a success story to share! And if you were pushed into Wave 2, it may not be such a bad thing once it's all set and done... the wait will hurt I'm sure... but still...

Thanks Waiting to be a CPA I will keep watching. And thanks KatieLouWhoSo for the info. Knowing they released a small portion makes me feel a bit better. I can hope for another release right! Also thanks for starting this forum. It is nice to be able to share with other IL people waiting for results. A big Kudos to Jeff for this website.
Sorry to hear you had to do a retake with a 74 glogo2384 - that hurts. I have not come that close yet. I exactly repeated a "55" twice of all my attempts. I would have to have another55 website in my case. :O) However the last time that happened I lost my written which I generally had, and that would have raised my score (plus I lost my sims). I thought I was going to have a heart attack - I ran myself out of time in panic on both sims, then woke up three nights later thinking I never hit spell check. I did proofread, but when your in a state of panic you might just glaze over a word. My content went up which is good, but...I have to say all the previous times to 1/5 I walked out feeling not so good. Panic seems to be normal for me on ths simulations. However this last time (1/5) I felt much better walking out of there so that is why I am so anxious. Plus I started this in 07' I just want to see one passing score. :O)
I will cross my fingers for all of you for all passing scores & congrats to all that have received!

When I tried to go to the IL Board website it doesn't load. It says "Bad Request: Invalid Hostname". Anyone else having troubles?

Thanks, Waiting. I hadn't been out there for a while......thought I'd just check. Maybe somehow my one FAR score had snuck in there. :) One can always hope, right?
