    As soon as I’m able to, I’m going to apply for the RCPA. Registered CPA license (no experience)

    Which takes longer for the ILDPA to process and send the RCPA license : Applying online or applying via the paper application? I’m suspecting both end up collecting dust on the same desk.

    Yes, it was in the 2nd wave. And I got the last score letter on Friday.

    Thanks! I guess I will have to wait for a few more weeks. As soon I get my paper score, I will start checking for my certification. The end of this journey is coming!

    I haven't even got my score letter yet. So certificate # is probably 2 weeks after score letter.

    Please note: The Board of Examiners is experiencing very heavy workloads at the present time. Applications and evaluations are being reviewed on a first in-first out basis. Phone inquiries only serve to slow the process even further. Please do not call inquiring about the status of your evaluation or application. You will be notified of your status as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Just great. More wait for my certificate.

    @bobkorz, I think that time applies only to new applicants….anyway I got a letter dated 3/19 saying to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a “wall certificate”, and to wait until april 10th to apply for license/or register with IDFPR. I did order a duplicate wall certificate for $30 that will probably get to me faster since I paid for it!

    @Ridefast600 Ah, but you took the last exam 2/10, and I took my last exam two weeks later. That two week delay means an extra waaaaaaaay longer than 2 weeks for me 🙂

    Yay! I finally got my certificate #.

    So how long does it take for me to get my paper certificate?

    And I submitted my certificate number to IDFPR. How long before I can finally apply for my license?

    Paper certificate doesn't take too long. I forgot how long exactly. They told me to expect 8 weeks. I think it was 8 days.

    I still don't have a paper certificate and can't register either, because they haven't received the scores yet.

    @Ridefast600

    I'm in the same boat as you. Just got my certificate today (hurray!) and IDFPR doesn't have my scores. So close, yet so far
