Hey IL candidates, could someone please tell me if I have to fill out the supporting document called Certification by Licensing Agency/Board ? This is a 2 page form, most of which is supposed to be filled out and stamped by the ILBOA. I was wondering that the ILBOA sends out the certification information to the IDFPR automatically, so what is the use of this form? Do we have to fill it out and send it to the ILBOA? Can someone please confirm?! Thanksssss
