Yes, we all know eat healthy foods, exercise, reduce stress level.

I’m doing all of those, yet my mind is ready to shut down and vision has gotten worse.

How do you keep going with intensive studying when you really want to stop?

You did not mention what your definition of “intensive studying” is but to me, it means studying seven days a week, 8+ hours per day. I have done that for a couple of exams and it's just miserable.

If that is how you're studying, I understand why you would be burned out.

When I was studying for the exam, I made sure to take days off at a time from studying just to ground myself and come back to the tests with a clear mind. Then again, I failed FAR four times so maybe I'm not the best person to give any kind of advice about studying.

I'm there today, man. Worked my tail off yesterday, but can barely do anything today. I try to push, but the will just isn't there. On days like this I try to at least review a bit and basically call it a ‘half day.' I put that in quotes because I'm sitting at my computer all day, but the study is broken up in bits rather than one constant stream. I'd say I only do a half day of real work on days like this.

I am struggling as well and I am behind by a good amount on my study plan. I'm maybe halfway where my study plan says I should be and it's because I spent too much time at the beginning trying to make sure I digested every piece of material. It set me behind and FAR is just getting more in-depth as I progress through it!!!

My target was 200 hours. I fell short by 30 hours. I also have been taking these past few days slow, despite my test being on Monday. I'm walking a fine line probably but I also know that if I try to cram hard, I'm going to stress myself out too much right before the test and THAT I DON'T WANT!

A common mistake I made was taking a few days off and deciding to let loose a little. It's extremely hard to get back into it. Instead, try to get a little done each day. Don't get into the mentality, “I won't study this weekend and I will make up for it during the weekday.” You will end up studying for a longer amount which will only contribute to your insanity. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
