I got this for free from Wiley (part of promoting their CMA review course). It is a salary survey done by the IMA comparing those with no license, CMA, CPA, and both CMA/CPA. It is worth looking at if you considering the CMA. It looks like adding the CMA after the CPA should help, but it varies a bit depending on the variable (size of company, position, education, geography, etc.)

I have a vagina and I <3 my AGI too. Got a bump in my salary when I got another job offer somewhere else. They matched it to keep me around.

I think women tend to be less aggressive than men when it comes to salary negotiations.

We shouldn't have to be aggressive. There should be a $ that a job is worth. Whether that position is filled by a man or woman should be irrelevant.

For the record, I love my AGI too. But that won't keep me quiet when it comes to what is right and fair.
