In a dilemma, need help

Just to give some background info, I have failed REG twice now, first time with a 47 and second time with a 60. I started studying for REG for the 3rd time on 3-3-14, and spent my time on CPAexcel lectures and MCQ up until last Friday. And up until today, I honestly didn’t really care. I was just going through the motions. To this day, I have attempted taking the CPA exam a total of 5 times, with my only pass is BEC. I strongly believe the main reason I passed was because I was friggin pissed that I narrowly missed the mark with a 70 the first time around, and because of this spark, I was determined to succeed (see what I did there?). But unfortunately for REG, I did not have this spark until today. I should be finished with writing ninja notes sometime today or tomorrow, in which case I am just planning on going over Wiley Test Bank MCQ and go over the Wiley Textbook for the sections I am weak at, along with flashcards. I am just wondering, can I still pass with only 24 days left to prepare, or should I reschedule?

Another thing to note. The fiscal year end for the company I work for is in May so we are going to be very busy next month, and June is a blacklout month, so even if I were to push REG back, it would still be a tricky situation.

CPA review for free tax material really help me with my REG retake…I also reviewed the AICPA released questions. Keep quizzing in WTB and try to understand the reasons why you got a questions wrong. Spend one week reviewing the material and the last 2 weeks doing MCQs.

    Florida:
AUD: 73, 81! Thank you Lord!
BEC: 73, 77! Thank you Lord! and WTB
REG: 71, 82! Thank you Lord! and A71
FAR: 72, 78! Thank you God and my Mommy in Heaven!

I think you can do it if you have the hours to put in the next 24 days. I made two 60s in a row on REG and then a 75. I used CPA excel which is enough to pass. It's all about putting in the time and making sure you cover all areas. I do like CPAReviewForFree as well as mentioned above. If you are have a hard time understanding a topic they are really good. I say give it your ALL and go for it this month.

    FAR- 85 I'm DONE!
    BEC- 75
    REG- 60,60,75
    AUD- 74,74,83

CPAExcel used for BEC, AUD, REG
Exam Matrix used for FAR plus NINJA Blitz, cpareviewforfree and a little CPAExcel

I think you should just get it done. Coming from someone who has gone through two rounds of starting to study, taking tests, and quitting only to pick it back up a few months later….just get it done. I stopped studying and pushed back tests because I was busy at work but the further you get in your career, the less time you're going to have to study. I wish that I had just pushed through it and studied during the busy times because I would be done by now! It will take dedication and a good solid study plan though.

AUD: PASSED [81]; Expired, retaking August 23rd
BEC: PASSED [83]; Expired, retaking July 11th
    REG: PASSED [83]
FAR: FAILED [64]; Retaking May 23rd
