Hi guys

I got an interview, but I am really worried about how to answer ‘why do you want to work at this company?’

In the past, in one of the interviews, I said that I liked people, but I don’t think interviewer really liked the answer.

So, for my next interview, I researched the company tremendously and talked about it, but unfortunately, none of these really worked.

Can anyone give me tips on this please? It seems like a lot of people have talent nailing this question down, but I dont know what is wrong with me…

I always research the company and I talk about what it is that I saw about them I liked. For example I interviewed for a healthcare company. Healthcare is big where I live so I said that with the company's most recent acquisition that were opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Also, I look at anything community type work the company does and depending on what it is then I also talk about it. Some companies have their mission and values posted on their website. That is something I rarely see, so I talk about that.
