The best CPA exam tip I can give is to give yourself breaks so you don't burn yourself out during study sessions. I am currently taking a 5-minute break every 25 minutes. It definitely helps me study more efficiently! 🙂

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂

My number one study tip that has helped me is using the pomodoro technique which is essentially just setting a timer for x number of minutes and then getting a small break before staring a new session. It's way easier for me to focus this way.

My study tip would be to constantly review material you covered in prior weeks during studying because it is easy to forget what you learned in week 1 during week 3.

Well, my best tip is to right down the number for questions that I did wrong in first time , and when I come again to a particular section I do only the wrong MCQs and mark the one which I get wrong the second time…… this was helpful in my FAR and BEC I hope that it will work in the next sections.

    BEC - 78
    FAR - 81
    AUD - 69 , 72 , 83
    REG - 76

My advice is to self-study using Another 71 and the Wiley Test Bank and some books (I used Bisk and like them because the print is large and easy to understand)

Passed (3) sections with REG to go!

My best tip is to stay sane and organized so that you can still be a parent/spouse/human being. No worse feeling that feeling like you aren't there for your kids – so if you're organized enough you CAN DO BOTH 🙂

    My study tip is………

MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, MCQ…

The more MCQ you do the better.

Additionally, make sure you schedule yourself for the part of the day when you are at your best. If you aren't a morning person, don't take an 8 am exam.

=o) happy studying, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

    B - 71, 81!
    A - 74, 68, 65, 85!
    R - 74, 77!
    F - 64, 59, 75!

    Effective date: 06/12/14
