Is FAR possible…

I have 3 tests behind me, and facing FAR in exactly one week. If I fail, I’m not sure I’m going to be able to do this again. I’m tired, my family is tired, my girlfriend is tired, and I just want to be able to enjoy my life again. FAR was the very first test I took (about 1.5 years ago) and I failed with a 70. I was basically arrogant and didn’t study enough.

I didn’t look back and just moved on to AUD, BEC, and REG (twice) and knocked them out. But after studying the past 3 months for FAR, I just honestly do not know what is going to happen test day and I will have an absolute melt down if I fail again. One thing is for sure, I’ve studied harder for FAR this time around than my first attempt.

My last week of studying, I’ve scheduled my self to do a total of 1,077 more multiple choice questions and about 35 sims. I will have made it through EVERYTHING on Becker, working full-time in a CPA firm mind you.

But when I’m reviewing, I get so unbelievably discouraged when I forget something, or they trick me, or it’s an IFRS question that I haven’t looked at in 2 months, the list goes one.

IS THIS THING POSSIBLE? How on earth can the AICPA possibly expect us to study and retain this much information and then test us on 90 questions that cover probably 10% of what I just spent 3 months of my life on.

Just venting. Any positive vibes, success stories, and general encouragement is greatly appreciated.

    FAR - 70, 81
    AUD - 83
    BEC - 77
    REG - 70, 78

Now what the hell do I do?
