I have been working for nearly 2 years at one of the big 4 firms and I am interested in exploring a few options elsewhere. Is 2 years too soon to leave to enjoy the benefits of working for 1 of the big 4 firms?

If you leave before having another job already lined up, it is too early.

What he said and what I've always been told is stick it out for a year even if you hate your job. So I think two years at a Big 4 is great experience and if you want something else, your timing is fine.

    AUD - 73 twice, third time's a charm!

I've never worked for Big 4 but I stuck out my first job a 1 and a half. During my interviews with similar companies(again no Big 4) the amount of expereience wasn't an issue.

    Good luck!
