    I know there seems to be a measurable relationship between Becker Final exam and AUD exam scores, but what about progress tests?

    cbones1979, I think it's difficult to compare progress tests to actual exam because of different number of questions, mixture of topics etc. Becker's final exam is basically a perfected version of a progress test with a balanced amount of questions and SIMs from each topic. Note that most people do better on the exam than on their final test too

    AUD - passed
    REG - passed
    BEC - passed
    FAR - passed

    It is i guess. I know Becker tries to fill the tests with the same % of questions from each section that they assume will be on the real exam.

    Thanks jstay

    I was averaging 90+ in the past 30 or so progress tests for Aud. (30 questions each test)

    Ended up with a 77 on the real deal. I aced the multiple choice (scored stronger in most categories) but completely bombed the sims.

    The “famous” becker final exams are so famous cause the questions are harder than your average progress test question. I guess this is the reason why is so popular. You pretty much get a 68 or above on Becker's final (MC) and then your actual score is usually higher on the real exam. Assuming you dont get crazy simulations.

    FAR= 72-84
    Audit= 73-82
    BEC= 74-75
    Reg=77

    Speaking of mixture of topics, is a real exam for Audit closer to the progress test than a big scope part like FAR? FAR can be heavily skewed towards just a few chapters (one person I know said her exam was 50% gov/non profit). Is it possible for audit to be like that? Or will something from every chapter show up?

    FAR 57 (11/2014), 64 (1/2015), 79 (7/2015)
    AUD 68 (2/2015), 79 (11/2015)
    REG 79 (1/2016)
    BEC 81 (4/2016)

    Club 300, that is not giving me confidence. My last 9 progress tests of 90 questions I was avg 91%. My final exams I was around 78 and 75 in Becker.

    I'll take a 77, but when you say BOMBED SIMS, did you know you bombed them while doing them or did you think you did well and then realized it had to be the sims?
