Is Wiley Online TB Down? I can’t login

    It won’t let me login to Wiley Online Test Bank. It says, “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.” I’ve been trying for over an hour. Anyone else having a problem?

    Yes. Total PITA, tried changing my password because I'd thought I'd forgotten it (that worked), but the test bank itself is throwing up that unexpected error message.

    REG: Pass
    BEC: Pass
    AUD: Pass
    FAR: August 2013

    I am having issues as well. I was about to change my password as well. I even double checked to make sure I had spelled my email correctly. This is such an inconvenience.

    I'm right there with y'all too. I'm not going to be able to do my first “L” in the ELL plan. Not cool, WTB, not cool.

    @kreibsome08 – same here. I'll have to find time to try and catch up tonight if they can fix the problem today.

    I tried the tech support chat feature, and the automated message says they are aware of the problem and are working on it.

    I waited over 10 minutes to talk to tech support. When I told them my issue the person disconnected without saying anything. A little rude even for chat tech support if you ask me. Oh well.

    @10key, that is rude! They must not know what it feels like to work 40 hours and try to study 20 hours a week for this crazy exam. I hate playing catch up. Hopefully they get it going soon. Until then, I'll be rewriting my REG Ninja notes!

    I am having the same trouble too.. I did try to do the reset password as I was thinking maybe I have forgotten it or changed it and didn't remember.

    Wiley so not cool. People try to study every spare min they can get!

    Thank God A71 is here to confirm that the online bank is down.

    I too reset my password. Then I thought maybe they cancelled my account because I complained about the errors, lol!

    Hopefully most of you have downloaded the desktop version.

    That's what I'm switching to until it's up and running again.

    @MCLKT – I tried downloading questions via the desktop version and it wouldn't let me. Boo!

    It went down during my lunch time break!

    FAR: 50, 76!
    REG: 74... (ouch baby, very ouch), 76!
    AUD: 65, 91!?
    BEC: 80! Aaaand doneskies!

    May 2012 to August 2013. Can't believe it's over.

    Yeah, even the best sites crash sometimes, lol.

    I'm able to log in now too 🙂

    10Key, now that you can log in, try to go ahead and set up the desktop version and get your extra questions downloaded.

    You can only download questions while the test bank is up and running. But if it goes down again you can access anything you downloaded even if you are offline. Then, you can sync your scores for reporting and what not, when you log back in to the online test bank.
