Just past 8am here, and it’s a fine Saturday for locking myself in the study and preparing for my tussle with AUD next Saturday. I figure I’ll finish the rest of the SIMS on Wiley Test Bank, then read some Ninja Notes, then knock out some MCQs.

Anyone else up early and grinding it out?

Reviewing some notes before I tackle more MCQ. Rewrite some Audit Evidence (since I hate that section), and hit more MCQ. shooting for 120 today and a handful of sims. 😀

Stuck home studying for my BEC retake on Monday while my wife and son are out at the pool :(. Can't wait till Monday's over and I can take some time off from studying! Been going hard since December and miss spending time with my family and friends.

Any BEC passers have any advice for these last couple days of cramming? So far out of 2400 attempts on Ninja I'm averaging 72 and trending 93. Trying to redo some of the variance and process costing questions that were giving me problems.

@RE2PECT – For BEC, it was all MCQs for me. I practiced WC for maybe 2 hours total, and other than that was all hammering Ninja. Your average/trending are solid, so I'd just keep plugging away at the MCQ, particularly business law. Maybe refer to your text for the graphs/economics stuff.

I agree with Bear-Bear. I pretty much ignored the written communication items.

I scored a 90 on BEC but if there was one area I could go back and focus more on it would have been IT/COSO.

@respect – I made flashcards of all the ratios/formulas and committed them to short term memory the night before the exam. After a 74 in May, finally got an 81 in July with this method.

Far review here!
I have only 61 hours logged in MCQ but that does not include the hrs going back over missed questions, book work, note taking, re-writing notes, ect.
But it does mean I am still far from hitting review mode! and I test Monday (tom)!!
I am not sure if I will immediately seitch to BEC like I initially blannced after Monday or if I will wiat for a score and if I fail hit the ground running on FAR again. I promised myself I would never lag those 2 weeks for results and just keep moving but FAR is so fresh I would think a pass would be much eeasier than to go Far/BEC/FAR if that makes sense. Oh I just pray I pass tom

Today I read the entire AUD Ninja Notes (this is the fifth time), and did 210 MCQs. I'm freaking SICK of studying. I'm sick of this whole process and ready for it to be over with. Man I hope I pass AUD so I can move on with my life.

@bear-bear I'm right there with you. Today I'm feeling warn out and I have a crazy headache that won't go away.

I ended up getting an 80 on my practice test, and finished with 1.5 hours to spare. Hopefully, it's a good indicator of how i'll do on the actual test.
