So I’m in my panic mode…same situation as every time before. I’m scheduled for BEC this Saturday at 12:30. I don’t love the time because I don’t want to eat before hand but I’ll be starving by 3:30, but it was the only time available.

Anyway, as I’m continuing my review, I start seeing more and more things that I remember seeing during my studying but I can’t remember either the formula that was a minute point, or the certain area that is just somethingI don’t fully think I’ll be able to say THATS IT!

Is this common? Do you usually feel like there are areas that you constantly just can’t remember? I think I’m just trying to make myself calm down at this point.

Yes, I always feel unprepared. You have to calm yourself. Go from Panic mode to confidence mode. I'd say meditate, stretch, go for a walk. Burn off that nervous energy so you can focus. You going to do fine on the exam. Just grab ahold of those nerves.

Happens all the time. The best thing to do at this point is relax and dont try to learn anything new at this point because it may interrupt your confidence level. Just reinforce what you already know and what sticks…sticks. I know its easier said than done but just to relax since your exam is tomorrow. Good luck

Yeah if we had to really know everything that could be on these exams no one would pass. There are often whole areas (I'm talking 17% of exam type areas) I feel unprepared for. But I've still passed all of my exams. As long as most of them you know the answer, if you have to guess on some, it is okay. I've never been 100% confident leaving an exam- closest was BEC but I was only thinking I passed. These exams are hard and you can miss a lot and still pass.

Took final exam 2/25/15.
Sent in Application 3/12/15.
Issued License 3/20/15.
Used CPA Excel solely for all exams.

It's impossible. Ill echo what everyone else has said, focus on reinforcing what you know and something will stick with those other areas. I really hated admitting it to myself after FAR but the reality is that there's an element of luck with these exams. For example in FAR I didn't see one question on pensions even though it's a “must know” topic. Saved my ass since I gave up on trying to understand them and focused on reinforcing bonds and government (which made up a ton of my exam). This isn't your first go so you know.

You will do great. But, um, please eat. Your brain is a muscle that can't function without calories. I actually eat a 200 calorie fruit and nut and chocolate (no sugar added and organic) snack bar in between every testlet, something I learned the hard way for for REG (check out my scores). Just eat something, you know, not upsetting to the stomach.

Thanks to all above. I just feel so much pressure on this exam. I know everyone says “even if you don't at least you've seen the material so you'll prepare yourself better next time”. I don't want there to be a next time. I know i will not walk out tomorrow feeling like I passed. But I'm hoping in a few more weeks I can login and see a number which is 75 at the minimum and finally be able to relax my brain, nerves, etc.

So far so good. I haven't wanted to write Pass next to them on the basis of jinxing it, which yes I know is dumb. This is why I'm so nervous. If I pass tomorrow then I am officially done. If not, well, you'll see me back here next quarter.
