I just got done taking AUD again for the second time. I must say, it was still difficult. I feel like I failed it again. I don’t know where to start on where I screwed up. I’m already thinking about taking a week off from studying AUD and then getting back into it again. I’m not worried or hyped about the grade being released in a month because I know I failed it, unfortunately.

My adivce, study hard. Seriously… =)

I said the same thing about REG and I passed

Why do you feel like you failed? What was so difficult after having taken the test previously?

What software did you prepare with?

I said the same thing about my FAR retake and BEC. Passed both. You can never know with this beast. Good luck!

    ganudorm,

I'm using 2012 becker, ninja audio with notes and the wily test bank. It was different because when I last took it, it was in April. After that, I took BEC and forgot most of AUD. As a result, I had to restudy AUD all over again. I didn't want to take any chances by studying only the things I needed to improve on. Plus, I was so nervous. I had brain farts. Haha!

I also took AUD today. My second attempt. I am sure that I passed! Although, I have to wait 5 weeks for a score. The only thing I can tell is that ppl should not be afraid of the changes that took place this testing window

    ✓FAR 82 (01/14/2013)

    ✓BEC 79 (12/04/2013)

By the way I got 2 research questions which is very unusual. But both of them were very easy. Last time I had 1 research question which was very tricky and I did not get the right answer… So I was afraid of research questions… But fortunately, they are not always hard… But I suspect that one of them was a pretest research question, otherwise they probably would not do such a thing

    Hello Serg,

Glad you did well in AUD. I am curious what CPA reviewer did you use. Would you say the CPA reviewer you used to practice for the exam did a good job of updating their test bank with the types of questions you show on the exam?

    Thanks

I used Becker. To me that was enough. But I am in unique situation. I was studying full time, so I it was a problem for me to prepare to exam except my first attempt of AUD – I had temporary full time job at that time and i failed.

So, my experience in preparing for exams is much more different then experience of others…

Took AUD for the 4th time yesterday and as sure as I was that I passed last time (74), I'm that sure I failed this time. It was like a completely different exam. I'm just hoping there were loads of new prelim test questions. There were probably 15-20 questions that I'd never seen/heard of. And for someone who has answered nearly 5000 MCQ in the past 3 months, that's saying something.

    ------------
    FAR - PASSED
    BEC - PASSED
    AUD - PASSED
    REG - 74
    <sigh>
