A recruiter got my resume passed onto them when I was just sending my resume out to the lead recruiters for different offices of KPMG. This is the only one I’ve been successful with and don’t want to blow it. I live in south NJ and this office is for Stamford, CT. My question is has anyone had experience with these recruiter phone calls and what is potentially asked?

They are behavioral and usually about your resume. Most likely will ask about your CPA and expected completion date. All interviews with Big 4 are behavioral unless you are applying for an experienced hire position.

    Bec-76 (7/14)
    Aud-81 (8/14)
    Reg-82 (7/15)
    Far- 82 (10/15)

Moral of the story, don't do your CPA while working in Big 4 Public Accounting.

i was going through the same process just recently, the recruiter actually ddnt even ask much except for few experience questions, if i need work visa, if i passed any CPA, willingness to travel and which position am i applying to. If they think you qualify for the position, they will forward your resume to HR, and they will actually ask you all the behavioral and more detailed experience questions. That what happened to me.
