Hi forum,
Recently did summer leadership programs with KPMG and EY FSO out in San Francisco for audit. I like both equally and they are pretty similar. I received an internship offer with KPMG but EY is requiring all SLP participants to re-apply through Fall recruiting. I’m curious why KPMG would give early offers while EY is not, I thought all the Big 4 were pretty similar in recruiting strategies?
Does anyone know about the culture for each firm in San Francisco? I am looking to go into technology or financial services. Should I just take KPMG or go through fall recruiting with EY?
