Hi everyone! I was laid off two days ago. I started to look for other jobs immediately, but I am not sure what would the best approach to answer questions like, “are you still working with company X”, or “why do you want to switch jobs”. Would it be best to say that I was laid off right away during the INITIAL PHONE, or should I wait until the LIVE INTERVIEW to bring that up? I have never been in those situations and have no idea how to deal with that best. Anybody has any experience with that? I would appreciate any piece of advice on how to look for jobs if laid off. Thank you!
