    Yes, I have struggled some with this, but I keep telling myself, I AM GOING TO PASS! (yes, I yell

    at myself ;)). And to pass I have to study. Any thoughts about life post test are pushed out my head.

    I use the Roger # of days until exam to keep me going. As we are having beautiful weather here,

    and family came to town, it has been even more difficult to focus. I live on the pacific coast, and I

    know when I am done the rain will be here, but I will get to enjoy all the beautiful days next year. 🙂

    And I told my family I will see them at Christmas. I have a test to pass. They are very supportive.

    Drove an extra hour to give me a encouraging hug and say that they love me and I can do it, 10 min

    later they left. In the next month is anything really more important than finishing this exam?

    Keep going and you will pass!

    @ToughKitty I feel the same as you.

    I have interviews coming up that is making me think about landing a job more than studying. It's my last exam (FAR), and I want to knock it out on my first attempt. I need to do some super studying soon!

    REG = 58 (02-20-13), 75 (05-01-13)
    AUD = 67 (05-29-13), 79 (08-29-13)
    BEC = 83 (07-31-13)
    FAR = 72 (10-29-13), 69 (02-27-14), 73 (04-16-14), 81(08-13-14)

    Study Materials = Becker 2013 + Wiley Online Test Bank
    (75%) On my Way to a CPA (minus the experience requirement)!

    I haven't even found out if I passed my 3rd section, but I started my BEC review 5 days early and am PUMPED. I hope this is the last section.

    I will be so bummed if I failed REG.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

    @DJN: You probably hate FAR as much as I hate AUD!!! The evidence topic drives me crazy!!!! There are just too many gray areas for someone who have never done FS audits in real life….

    @UCMCPA: I felt the same way after REG! But judging by your scores, I'm guessing you should pass this one!

    FAR: 81 (May 2013)
    BEC: 81 (July 2013)
    REG: 83 (August 2013)
    AUD: 82 (November 2013)

    I hope so, REG was a bit out of left field with the information they threw at me. Expected more calculations.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

    @UCMCPA I felt that way coming out of REG too. I thought Becker did a terrible job of preparing me, and it turned out all right. I get the sense you're a smart guy, so I'm sure you passed.

    @tough_kitty sorry that my last post was off tangent. I also had a terrible time focusing on my last exam, AUD. Just remind yourself how much better you'll feel once you've passed! The long term benefits from passing outweigh the short term benefits that come from slacking off.

    If I passed my past the one I took two weeks ago (fingers crossed), then I'm on my last. I do feel like my brain is reaching capacity and I'm just so tired of studying. All I want to do is hang out with my friends and watch the millions of football and hockey games I'm missing. I'm so bored!… It's been nonstop for me since June and I can't take it anymore.

    OK vent over…I do NOT want to do this again, so I gotta keep on forcing myself to get through this (hopefully) last one! I'm dreaming of a BEAUTIFUL December!

    FAR 7/3/13 - 82
    BEC 8/21/13 - 82
    AUD 10/2/13 - 92
    REG 12/3/13 - 88

    DONE!!!! CA Candidate
    Beat the 12/31/13 clock!

    @tough kitty Print multiple copies of your scores from the NASBA website and tape them all around your office/cubicle, refrigerator, bathroom mirrors, etc, anywhere you turn to remind you how close you are.

    I still have my final printout taped to my cubicle wall.

    Good luck!

    It's hard maintaining your focus when this process is so time consuming but keep up the hard work!!!! Trust me, it's awful to miss by a few points on your last part. Keep working hard, fast, and furious for the next 3 weeks and you will close out!!! 🙂

    I noticed that I was less and less motivated to study for each exam. I was pumped for REG, studied daily with very few slack days. Studied a little less for audit, then a little less for BEC, then completely changed my strategy for FAR because of how bored I was studying the material.
