    I bought the 2013 Yaeger FAR materials and didn’t like the way it was taught, so purchased Rogers- is it legal to sell the Yaeger material??

    AUD: PASSED [81]; Expired, retaking August 23rd
    BEC: PASSED [83]; Expired, retaking July 11th
    REG: PASSED [83]
    FAR: FAILED [64]; Retaking May 23rd

    I dont know about Yeager, but typically they will tell you in an agreement somewhere inside the book. LIke for Becker its on the first few pages. Maybe check the documents they gave you also if you bought it online. But typically CPA textbook companies dont want you to resell your books because they lose so much revenue from that. But I know a lot of people still do it anyways.

    For me, I'm already done with the CPA, so making a few cash on the side isn't really my concern anymore. Remeber a CPA means a raise every year for the rest of your life! I'm not taking any chances of having a black mark on my record. I'm planning to give it to some friends.

    Call Yeager and see if they will take it back. It won't hurt to try. All they can do is say no. Hopefully you can some of your money back without worrying about whether or not it's legal.

    Good idea- the only thing is that I listened to a lecture and marked it up before I decided I didn't like it. Bummer 🙁 I guess it's still worth a try. On one hand, it seems like it should be ok to resell it, it's not like I'm altering anything or illegaly burning copies of the test bank or something but I can also see how it would be frowned upon

    I know that Yaeger material is sold on ebay all the time. I know as well that ebay quickly removes anything that someone does not have the right to sell and therefore I would imagine that it is okay to resell it, although my statement is not authoritative.
