I am in Pennsylvania. I have meet all the requirements but am not supposed to get my congratulatory letter until July. Do any one know if I can apply before I get the letter? Has any one else done this?

I think the congrats letter is from CPA Exam services (I might be wrong), so it might not matter if you have the letter or not. I do know there is some delay between when CPA Exam Services sends you the score and when the State Board receives it. Honestly give PA BOA a call and ask.
