Hi all,

I have passed all the four sections of my CPA exam and have both public accounting overseas and private accounting experience enough for the CA license application. I’m basically sure that I won’t engage in the public accounting again. Other than the right to sign on the attest reports, is there any advantage of holding the license with attest experience?

Other than the 500 hours attest experience, is it hard to transit from the license with general accounting experience than with attest experience?
