Lower Score on Retake

I took REG in Q2 and got a 72. It was disappointing, but didn’t come as a complete surprise. I knew I had to put in some more work, so purchased Ninja Notes/Audio and continued to work on the areas that my state deemed to be ‘weaker’ which were individual and corp. taxation (all other categories were comparable/stronger). My SIMs were ‘stronger’ despite the failing score. Just found out today I got a 68 on my retake, and as you can imagine I’m frustrated to say the least. I’m curious to hear what others’ plans were if their score dropped on a retake, and how they addressed their study plan for Round III. Definitely, gives credence to saying “you need all 75 points” on a retake, ugh!

    FAR: 78 (1/31/15)
    BEC: 81 (8/30/15)
    REG: 77* (10/10/15)
    AUD: 76 (11/28/15)

    ETHICS - 97

    *Failed 2x - 72, 68

Mine did not go down, I had 68,74, 91 and all I will say is, you hit the nail on the head with needed all 75 points. I know that is what did me in on the first re-take. That and I am horrible under pressure and knew I was going to use AUD if i failed…so the combo of those just did me in. So when I took REG for the 3rd time I had to just forget about first two tries and aim for a 99!!!

    FAR - 82
    AUD - 79 (lost credit), 75
    BEC - 76
    REG - 91
