But what gives with the handful of posts (particularly in a drama filled thread) to the effect of disparaging someone who spends a lot of time here even though they’ve already passed all 4 sections? Like someone spends OVER a year here building relationships while they are undertaking one of the most demanding events of their life then they are no longer part of the group? Agree or disagree with a person but ones value on this board is not contingent on how often they come here OR on where they are in the exam process.

It's like a reverse discrimination lol! Can you imagine if someone said “don't listen to HER. She's only passed one section so far.” would cause a brawl, but it seems acceptable and mostly ignored when someone says “why are you here so much if you're done?”

I think people who hang around after they pass are an asset. Just my .02 worth.

@mla1169, the people who think that, are the ones who haven't been around here long enough. Simply said, they're not as experienced as us. We're seniors on this site! Like you said, I've built a lot of relationships with people on here, and am eager to see their success. If other people don't understand that, then they're missing the point of having this forum. It's really a support group.

See I met a group of ladies on a pregnancy website just like this one. People came and left over the years but a good sized group of us still message online, and we had our “babies” over 13 years ago. Internet relationships can be just as real and enduring as any other common bond.

I agree. Even though I don't post a lot, I have been on this forum since mid 2010.. I gain a lot from this forum, and I know that there are others like me who are struggling or have struggled with this. I also belong to a great support group that my fave fitness instructor formed on facebook, Those members there have formed a great bond and are a huge support for each other. It is a bond that no one can understand unless they are experiencing or have experienced the same thing, such as this exam.

Regardless if you have finished I think that there is a lot that can be contributed to this forum.
