    does mba or ms matter? Do I need mba or I can just take ms? For accounting

    MS is cheaper and less time.

    Florida CPA!
    Took final exam 2/25/15.
    Sent in Application 3/12/15.
    Issued License 3/20/15.
    Used CPA Excel solely for all exams.

    Exactly what I m thinking but will it b matter when I want to get promoted or something?

    To be honest, I think the most important thing is a CPA. An mba may give you an edge if you plan to work in industry though. I know it would not make a difference at my firm. Half of the people aren't even CPAs.
