MD CPA License

Can’t find the timeline of events for getting licensed in MD as a CPA online. If my endorser mails the RPE form and Ethics Certificate of Completion to the Board on April 1, 2013:

1. Does the Board usually receive the paperwork within 5-7 business days?

2. After the Board receives the paperwork, will a confirmation be mailed to me within 5-7 business days?

3. Can it take only 1 month or as a long as 3 years for me to receive my CPA license?

CPA license in progress....
