I’m just curious what do you think is the minimum score you can get from WC? For example, your grammar, spelling and composition are fine, but majority (if not all) of what you said are BS?

You probably would get at the very least comparable if you some what made sense. I got weaker on the written portion as I just wanted to get done ASAP and still ended up passing. Leave about 40 minutes tomorrow for the written portion and you will be good. Good luck bro!

I am concerned about the same thing, I took practice test in my study software yesterday. I just didnt had an idea what to write and how to write? I mean how to arrange things..I felt so depressed and since then even though I am reading many WCs, thought of failing the test keep coming back due to WC part of the exam.

    I hope I don't do silly mistakes…

How can I improve in that area? Problem with me is English is not my first language so many times I am not finding enough vocabulary to explain myself in most simple form.

    FAR: You are down...
    Aud: Surprised me...Thanks
    BEC: 75% work done
    REG: It's 80 but I am 100% done 🙂

@No_one – don't stress too much on the WC. Here is my best advice for WC. Think about a very simple structure with short paragraphs. Also, I tried to think of it as what I would say if someone was sitting in my office asking the question as if I was having a conversation. I don't think they have to be long or wordy, use some of the words you know from studying the material.

Paragraph 1: Basically restate the question in the form of: I am writing this letter/memo to discuss your question on x,y, and z.

Paragraph 2 and 3 (or as many thoughts you have) to indicate each supporting idea. So.,.. x is important because… Y is also a consideration because.. and you should not forget about Z because…

Last Paragraph – close – quick summary and closing like “If you wish to discuss in further detail, call me or stop by my office any time.

    Sincerely

CFO (or whatever title they tell you)

    BEC - 02/21/15 - 82
    FAR - 05/29/15 - 82
    AUD - 07/09/15 - 93
    REG - 11/14/15 - 80

    All done!!!

    mommyof3texans:

I have heard that including your signature/name is not to be included, but also I have heard that it should be included. What is your opinion on that?

@CPAHOPEFULL11 What does it mean comparable? Is it at least 50%? Glad to see you passed all 4. Congratulations! Can't to get this done as well.

@clark31 I'm interested with that question as well. Though I'm thinking since it's a question in general to all exam takers, rather than trying to figure out what name/title you will use as signature, I would just ignore the that part?

I also looked up tips in Youtube and the guy from Roger said it's machine graded (unless I guess your in bubble) so use as much keywords you think is related to the topic. Spelling and grammar also worth points so I think leaving at least an hour on WC will give you time to double check them. Is that correct?

    @CPAby2015

I just looked at the AICPA Newly Released questions and they do not include a signature.

Just some food for thought – I made up everything my written portions were about and passed.

I later looked them up and I was 100% wrong as the meaning.
