I'm a senior accountant with Moss Adams. I've been working with them for almost 2 years and I really enjoy my job. Working at a regional firm, like Moss Adams, is nice because you get a lot of resources and support. They spend a lot of emphasis on developing your skills through hands on firm-wide and office-wide training. One of my favorite parts of the job is the level of involvement with the Partners in the firm. The partners in my offices are extremely approachable. I regularly go to lunch or coffee with partners and get a lot of great career mentoring experiences.
