Have you, or do you know anybody that developed neck problems while working as an accountant? My neck is killing me right now!

If you were shoveling say, 3 feet of snow yesterday, that might be the reason.

My gf is an LMT. When I'm in study mode I get a serious amount of massages. I live the dream.

Neck hurts all the time after I started working. Decided to put a box (it was the packaging box for my second monitor) under my laptop so that it is somewhat on eye-level. Neck feels so much better now!!

YES!! Mine has been killing. I've been at the chiropractor every other day for the last two week. Finally starting to get some relief until I cram all weekend then it's cramped up again.

I don't have problems… yet. But I interviewed at firms where they have masseuse in one or twice a week for desk massages. At the firm I ended up at, several people I know have standing massage appointments weekly during tax season.

Accounting didn't do it, but the exams did. After I took BEC the first time, I couldn't move my head to the right for almost a week. The pain was awful. Now every time I'm stressed, I can feel the knot in my neck in that same spot. I usually get my husband to massage it out.

Neck shouldn't hurt from just studying unless you have some medical condition. Do you exercise on a regular basis?…Not only does it relieve stress from studying but also does your overall health good. I usually go to the gym 3-4 times per week on top of my weekly volleyball schedule.

you will need a physiotherapy , as your muscles got tightened due to working for a long time and having one position.

    go and see a doctor.

Oh yeah!! I was seeing a chiropractor 3 days a week for like 4 months. I clench a lot when I'm stressed – ended up getting botox in my jaw muscles to help with the clenching & that's actually helped my back & neck pain substantially.
