I’m not a test taker by any means. I never did amazing in school. I almost dropped out of grad school. I didn’t even go to undergrad for anything accounting related. I went for Communications.
This exam was probably the most challenging thing I have ever done. I began studying May 2014 and completed my final exam on January 31, 2015. There aren’t many people to talk to during your progress. Your co-workers who aren’t taking it don’t want to hear about it. Your co-workers who passed it are tired of hearing about it. If anyone you know doesn’t know about it, they could care less. Even your wife. Although she will stick by you.
Without this forum I would have gone nuts. I have given as much input as I could, but I have received so much more. Even if it was a good luck from someone that I don’t even know their real name, or just laughs when I listen to Skynet talk about Morse Code or Smoke Signals, this is just an amazing forum that really is doing so much more than Jeff could think.
This forum balances us out. It helps us go through something that we really just want to be done before it starts. So thank you Jeff, Ninjas, and everyone in between. I will stick around and try and help out anyone who needs.
This is cliché but TRUST ME!!! If I can do this…absolutely ANYONE with knowledge of accounting can.
